Kathy King LMTKathy King LMT
Hi, my name is Kathy King and I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Fitness Trainer at Tracy & Keim Chiropractic. I have been with Dr. Tracy for almost 32 years, beginning right after I got out of high school. I began as a chiropractic assistant, and I knew right away that I had found the right career. I loved the hands on work with our patients. I took classes in Applied Kinesiology and Touch for Health, and learned how to muscle test and balance blocked energy fields in the body. This work and the opportunities I was given by Dr. Tracy to continue my education, started me on my path to becoming an L.M.T. I primarily practice Orthopedic Massage, which is a variety of methods I use to help restore structural balance to the body. This includes myofascial release, pelvic stabilization, joint capsule release and PNF.

My new passion as a Certified Fitness Trainer is to focus on improving core body strength. I incorporate pelvic stabilization exercises with specific core muscle exercises, to help correct underlying problems associated with low back pain. I also enjoy providing fitness assessments and weight loss consultations, as well as creating individualized weight training programs. One of my favorite hobbies is soap making and aromatherapy. I have all natural soaps and custom blended aromatherapy products available at our clinic.

Most of all though, I love working with people, and I love being at Tracy & Keim Chiropractic. We all take pride in providing a supportive and nurturing environment for our patients and for ourselves. Our beautiful “green” office is a soothing, healing environment and patients tell us all the time that they love the energy of our clinic. That makes us all feel great!

Erika Jones, LMTErika Jones Licensed Massage Therapist
I have been a massage therapist for almost seven years and truly feel massage is a gift of the hands. I enjoy not only establishing a rapport with my patients, but also find it very rewarding to put my gift to use to educate others about the human body, while helping return them to a state of wellness.

I feel so grateful to work amongst such knowledgeable and skilled chiropractors, in addition to a wonderful staff. The environment created at Tracy and Keim Chiropractic is one where patients not only receive great care, but also feel genuinely cared about.

“I just can’t say enough for how much better I feel. My hip was very painful and I was afraid it would go out on me. Erika’s hip work was great”

Rick Volchok Licensed Massage Therapist

Rick Volchok, LMT
Hi, I am Rick Volchok, a licensed massage therapist specializing in Onsen Massage. Onsen is a specific body balancing technique, using gentle stretches, muscle energy technique, and massage strokes to align the body. This method actually allows and encourages changes in spinal alignment by stimulating the soft tissue and it is excellent for back pain relief.
Having trained for several hundred hours with Rich Phaigh, LMT in the Onsen Method and finding it exceptionally effective, I use it heavily but am not limited as I have trained also in sports medicine, reflexology, deep tissue, and relaxation massage. I like working with anyone in pain; I welcome new clients, and do not require a referral.
