We accept Insurance and we accept Personal Pay. We can help you determine your coverage and bill your insurance for you. There is usually no out of pocket expense for those with open claims for injuries sustained on the job or in a motor vehicle accident.

All Car Insurance covers chiropractic care with the personal injury protection coverage. The injured party does not need a referral from their M.D. or insurance company to see a chiropractic physician. Chiropractic adjustments, advanced treatment of muscle injury with ART or Trigenics, therapeutic massage, and physiotherapy are all covered.

Worker’s Compensation Insurance also covers chiropractic care for 18 visits and/or 60 days, and our clinic does accept patients with open workers compensation claims. We also accept patients with new on the job injuries and we can assist with the paperwork and claim process. Chiropractic physicians have the authority to authorize time loss during the treatment time of 60 days. Oregon law provides choice for the injured worker and it is a violation of Oregon law for an employer or insurance company to tell an injured worker they must go to the company doctor or clinic. Acceptance of a claim does not depend on the company doctor being involved.Because therapeutic massage and physiotherapy are often adjunctive therapies to the chiropractic adjustment and treatment in our clinic, they are also paid for by worker’s compensation insurance Health Insurance does cover chiropractic care, but the coverage is not as straight forward as worker’s comp., and auto.

Depending on the insurance company, the group, and the plan, some health insurance plans pay 100% of all services, including massage, while a few others pay for manipulation only. Most commonly are those that pay 80%, 70%, or 50%, and those that pay 100% of all services after the co-pay. There are some that require a co-pay plus a percentage and still others that pay a flat amount, such as $20.00 toward each visit. Some plans require that the doctor be on their provider list. We are on a number of provider lists, and there are some we have declined to be on because of the very deep discounts. We would have to increase our prices for everyone to reward a few cut-rate companies; we therefore have decided to keep our prices affordable for everyone and not reward a few companies at the expense of the majority. For those who are unable to determine their coverage, our staff can assist in contacting the insurance provider on your behalf prior to treatment in our clinic.
